• To place an order shipment and/or register to automated shipping of BIDI^® Vapor Products (“Products”), you must have a valid www.bidivapor.com account, be a resident of the United States, and provide a valid payment method (hereafter in this Shipping Policy referred to as “Subscriptions”)
• Except where noted otherwise, the prices displayed for BIDI^® Vapor Products represent the full retail price listed on the product itself. All prices are quoted and payable in U.S. dollars, regardless of where an order is placed or shipped. Foreign exchange rates may apply and may depend on the date your order was placed.
• You have a legal guarantee of conformity in connection with items purchased through the Website. You agree to immediately inspect any goods purchased upon receipt of your purchase order. In case you received an order shipped from BIDI^® Vapor that is damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact BIDI^® Vapor Support immediately. You can explain the problem with your order and request a refund or replacement goods. 
• BIDI^® Vapor may require you to return damaged items, in which case BIDI^® Vapor will pay for the cost of the return shipment.
