As we have witnessed among our peers in the vape industry, most manufacturers have yet to establish effective youth access prevention measures. Although our continued efforts have seen positive results in curbing underage access to our products, we hope to bolster those measures even more by voluntarily stepping down from directly selling to consumers. Moreover, this will protect our intellectual property rights and stop illegal manufacturers from producing counterfeit BIDI® Sticks. Halting the unlawful manufacture and trade of illicit counterfeit goods, especially the BIDI® Stick, to protect consumers from potentially hazardous products, remain among our top priorities.

Rest assured that the BIDI®️ Stick will remain available for purchase through authorized direct retailers and the GoPuff website. We continue to urge everyone to buy only from authorized retailers to avoid falling victim to counterfeit products.

We hope that by voluntarily stepping down from the direct consumer market, we can serve as a beacon for change in the vape industry, especially in youth access prevention and in the fight against counterfeits.
